    I love the napkins. Please note: you can find freezer paper in most grocery and cooking stores. It is white paper with a plastic side. I would reccomend stitching the edges since it can peel at the edges. Hope this help anyone who might like to try making the napkin ephemera.

    I've just started really watching your videos. I love your work and teaching style. But most of all I love how you don't overdo your books. I always think of journals being a book you write it. I see too many creators who add too much. Simple is better. And your work on these are perfect. Thank you for sharing.

      Very true. My first junk journal video I came across... I was like; where on earth do you write. All the pages were very dark as well. And some other videos on different channels were the same. I wasn't interested in junk journaling from those videos. I came across, Natasha's, channel last week. And even though I'm still not huge on junk journaling, I really love here creations. I'm more of a sewer and embroidery, I love doing fun art on clothing. But, watching her videos, makes me want to at least dabble into making some junk journals for other people and one for myself. Though, my issue is; I have no "junk" craft bits, as I am a minimalist and declutter EVERYTHING. I have to do some op-shopping, or find supplies on sale!

    • @RunninUpThatHillh
      @RunninUpThatHillh Год назад +2

      I like them extremely busy with real junk, so it's like an adventure to find stuff in it; tea bags, tea box sides, seed packets, lots of gorgeous things. To me its what's different than a notebook you could buy in a store with varied paper.

    • @karenvanhook6748
      @karenvanhook6748 9 месяцев назад

      I feel just the same!! I have watched some other creators for inspiration, but their finished journals are often so heavily decorated that there's nowhere to write. I wanted something more like a write-able journal with fun embellishments and ephemera -- a balance of elements. I found Natasa's channel and felt like "This is how you do it." I'm making my first little journal now, using a different one of Natasa's tutorial videos.

    These are your journals, your abundant creativity, always clear and concise in "how to" - you can do WHATEVER you like as decoration or ephemera (and you don't need my permission or anyone else's lol). Anyone doesn't like this or that, they have the power to click off or move on or decorate with mosquitoes. Never any need to be negative so I truly don't comprehend why anyone felt the need to make unnecessary comments (unless they meant it constructively, but that's not how it went over?) In awe of the boundless creativity really. You're so very organized but prolific. You also have a theme through each journal, something I need to work on more.
