Probably because the video was aimed at America (or else Alex wouldn't have been explaining about how the cuss word is offensive to Americans but not to Scottish people) and in America, the c-word is the WORST cuss word you can possibly utter. You can say every other cuss word you can think of but you say the c-word and even desensitized people will glare at you funny.
