Love the one flying geese with no waste. Making a half square triangle with the part not needed. First time I’ve seen that.
I like the first way
Im so glad i decided to watch your tutorial as you just taught me how this works ! I have seen this block unfinished lots of times but never saw how you put in the middle part. YAY !! Can't wait to try it!❤❤❤😊
Good quality video and great explanation. I really appreciate the good contrast of the fabrics and the mat. I knew the 4 at a time method but finally seeing a no waste one at a time. Thank you.
Gotta watch you more my new friend !😊❤
Great instructions - thank you.
As always Lisa, you rock big time, love you!
AWESOME! This to me eliminates excess cutting...very straight forward. Thanks you!
Thank you for sharing these different ways. Never to old to learn something new. Your choice of fabric is very nice. 👍👍
'I thought it was a solid' glad it isn't just me!
Thank you for the smooth way to create the block. Take care of yourself, and have a blessed day.
Love the idea of keeping that corner for another project. No waste!
Thank you lisa this video just made making flying geese blocks eaiser.
Hi Lisa. glad I'm seeing this.
Your Juki looks like my Juki HZL-F600. It’s an excellent machine.
THANK YOU so MUCH I am new to quilting and this will help me again thank you for sharing
Antler Designs Simple Folded Corners - large offers great way to trim flying geese given the 1/4 inch marking that you can align with your seam and trim perfect 1/4" top of point and of course all the way around. Four at a time rocks, too. I use dabs of glue on the center to secure the small squares. Keeps everything true and flat. And the STS method (starch the ___) out of fabric prior is a godsend.
Thank you Lisa for this video. Iv'e been looking for a video to make 12-in flying geese. I should have known to come to your site in the beginning. Wasn't sure if you had a detailed instruction for flying geese this size. You always have just the right project for whatever I need to make. You explained it so easily. That even though I haven't done flying geese I now can.
Thank you Lisa❤
Thank You 🙏/Gisela in Sweden 🇸🇪
