    Man his chord charts are a little difficult to get use to …even after reading his intro at the beginning of the book. It’s great to see you and how you’re applying the concepts.

      Yea, they are challenging. A single progression can call for hours of study, but it pays off!

    Another great video. Ted’s books are a bit intimidating just looking at them but your playing brings them to life so I can, at least try, to play what his ideas were. Some of his chord shapes really are impossible to play though….even if I had extra fingers or bigger hands! I’m sure I’m not the only one who thinks this?

      Thanks for the comment. As John Stowell once told me, "you can train your hands to do anything." That doesn't necessarily mean we should, but we can!

    I love your videos. Very nice. I love how he writes these with the X for the melody. Are there any song books that are written this way for jazz standards?

      If you can work through this book enough you won't need those charts! You'll be able to work stuff out by ear
