- THPS2 still holds up!! I'm playing it on THPS2 DC because THPS2 on PS1 emulated was too laggy, and THPS2PC would close any time you minimized it, and you had to play it full screen at very low resolution. I tried downloading some mods and patches but it ended up making it super fast and unplayable (clip at the beginning).
I think the audio mix may be too low, but the in-game sounds were SO loud i had to bring everything down. Anyway, let me know what you think of this video.
We might actually have to order the new gear to replay all of these games on actual hardware some day.

I have now finished this video after many watch sessions and what a ride it was. So much kickflips, chicken dips, food talk, poop money, Bullring frustration and 1's in the chat. I appreciated Andy's rendition of Even Flow and Hero. Truly a remarkable musician. What a journey it was. But alas, it never ended with the Spider-Man Accordion video. 0:07 uncapped fps makes the game to your refresh rate. If you have a >60hz monitor, it's gonna be fast af. I have a 144hz monitor, so i have to manually cap it with rivatuner to 60.
it sucks that the PC version of thps2 is weird
39:24 the terming would be Tony 2 PCs physics are tied to the frame rate so doubling the refresh rate doubles the speed of the engine. A frame cap could help in your GPUs control panel, but it wasn’t the best port to begin with.
I’m pretty sure that Dreamcast ports of Pro Skater 3 & 4 would’ve been identical to the PS1 version, due to it being less powerful than the GameCube, PS2 & Xbox. The same goes with how a Nintendo 64 port of Pro Skater 4 would’ve been identical to the PS1 version.
also, i've made multiple comments already but i do just wanna say this video has been great to slowly work through while i can't game due to some kind of tendonitis-y thing in the elbow/wrist. making me wanna reinstall 1+2 when i'm back up to speed

I’m 16 I had all the old school consoles when I was younger but they all got put in a storage room and we never were able to get back in it thps was one my favorite game series to play I mostly played on the ps1 because my cousin had a ps4 but I was never able to have the newer consoles because there was online chatting 😂so seeing this is pretty cool

THPS2 Sim Mode 100% without glitches is now possible because new strats for last 3 cash icons were developed lately, so that's another challenge idea ; ) Btw, will you ever play Project 8 PSP Classic Mode or THUG2 Remix?

I know this will never happen but I wish Neversoft made a Peter Parker’s Pro Skater game with all the Spider-Man characters and other secret marvel characters included. We could’ve even got Stan Lee to do the 900! Oh what would’ve been.

My favorite thing to do in thps2 is to make my create a skater Zak Bagin's (of ghost adventures fame). Give him black hair, shirtless with the big cross tattoo on his back. Boom, ghosts.

Less forward momentum over wall plants I guess? I find myself using wall plants more as I get older
the control to sticker slap is just "Ollie" and causes it to happen on accident all the time.
Wallplants are unanimously (seemingly) the cooler looking animation and the control for it was "Down + Ollie" which meant it almost never happened on accident
