I think that gang stuff is genocide but at the same time you're dealing with a group of guys experiencing poverty. On top of that they've got enemies who are willing to end their life, with no concern of their mother's sadness or family's lost. They hold each other down and when one of their childhood friends gets treated inhumanely, killed off like a hunter going after an animal, their gang members are there to comfort them, protect them, and fight for them. That's deep. It's like being in a unit in the military; when you know that you're all alone with your friends, and you're the only thing that's there to protect them, it builds a bond. That's nothing to play with. That's a blood bond. It's deeper than just being friends and playing video games together. Those are fly-by-night friendships, but if you're not 100%, don't commit to a gang. That trauma bond is real, and if you just use them as a convenience or for street cred, then you should get aired out! Gherbo is a young man and he's still immature, young dumb and full of c*m as the old-timers say, but you have to keep your word. If you're communicating, then they'll understand. Be real. "Look guys I'm going to do this for you now but I can't do anything else for you until next year"..Let them know you're a resource, but not an unlimited one. That way they'll at least know what you're on, don't be wishy washy and mislead them because you're afraid to be direct. Be the leader, cuz you made yourself the NLMB mascot whether you like it or not Herb
