Logitech really needs to update the superlight with usb c port. Also they could release a "superlight" version of the g703. Its a great mouse when it comes to shape, but its really back heavy
Yeah I just want them to update the G Pro to USB-C and use the new switches they use on the new G502. Micro USB is a huge dealbreaker for me on the current one.
I own the Gpro x Superlight. Had it for a while. Got it for the shape. I appreciate the comparison. Yeah if it stops working I could just get another Superlight, but I could also be introduced to something better. I don't own 2 mice. So I do need a second. I might check out something like the MX Master 3 for a daily driver. Something stupid ergonomic to give my joints a break.
You can just get something like a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro or the wireless G502 X and then you've got a hybrid mouse good for both gaming and day to day work. But they are significantly heavier though.

@crazyeyecarl there are mice that have better internals, better coating, better weight. Shape is subjective, but most of the people I know and the reviewers have showcased and used mice that are just better shape and feel than this mouse. Logitech used to be the king of mice, not any more.
X2 is definitely my favorite mouse of the 2 and out of the 20+ other mice I own it’s easily the best. The shape is just something else. I have extra large hands and I feel so much freedom with the shape vs the superlight which almost feels like I’m forced into a specific grip type. A few days with it and I just can’t use anything else, especially after throwing on superglides
@@Decommissioned I’ve had zero issues with the battery life, it lasts me two weeks just fine on a single charge although I do charge all my gaming hardware nightly so it isn’t too much of an issue but you can definitely leave the cable for a while

Just got my Pulsar X2 Medium Friday after years with a GPro. Can't ever go back! I also preferred the Viper v2 Pro over the GPro but missed the hump so the Pulsar X2 is literally the baby of the Viper v2 Pro + GPro and has been a literal game changer for me.
UPDATE: I ended up returning my Pulsar X2 Medium due to horrible double clicks. It was so bad I couldn't navigate through menus in game. The mouse otherwise was spot on but this QC issue was a huge bummer. I ended up grabbing the Lamzu Atlantis which is incredible with no real QC issues yet. I also ordered the new Ninjutsu Sora but it won't be here for another 2 weeks but eager to try that bad boy out. The LA is much wider than the Pulsar X2 Medium and fills the hand more but it's a treat to use.
I wish somebody would make a nice ambi or left handed gaming mouse. I haven't found anything better than the old Microsoft IntelliMouse Optical 1.1 from like 1996! I've even had to replace the micro switches twice!

I don't even get the narative of GPX being compared to the X2. The only thing they have in common is topview appearance and the shape of side buttons. When you look at the sides you can clearly differentiate their hump placement. Everything else is different: sensor, switches used, scroll wheel encoder, LxWxH dimension, weight.
there is mice cheaper and better on paper than the GPX, but you can say what you want about gpx.. being able to go out there and buying one and having no issues is THE major plus it has over the x2 and its hilarious QC issue saga.
I agree. I owned xlite v2 mini. It had battery and double clicks issue. I wish they could make it better. I switched to m42 and decided to buy gpro superlight.
Even if you have big hands (mine are 21x11), the gpx is too long and too high for pincer claw. If you pincer claw, go for the x2 100%. If your hands are small, go for the mini.

Appreciate it man, Been looking into the X2 since I have a Superlight and Haste. I love the Hastes shape but want that palm support from the G Pro X, And I'm thinking the X2 is the closest between the two. The deathadder I call a "Therapy mouse". If my wrist hurts ever, I switch over and the Deathadder fixes it.
got my X2 medium on friday, switching from a kone pro air still feeling a bit weird as i don't have palm support but yes, flicks are better in MW2 and i still got to test in valorant
Pulsar has rep of bad battery life, xlite v2 mini only last 9x3 27hours continuous use, vs fantech aria 5x9 45hours continuous use. X2 mini is perfect for me but I wont charge every 3 days, since I travel alot with my mouse.
Comments like this pretty much sum up why Pulsar gets away with dogsht QC and customer service. Because saving a handful of dollars means people will fawn over it and ride the hype train. They're not the underdog and you're not saving any real dollars. If it suits your hand better then that's fine. But there's a reason why GPX is the defacto comparison. Ironically, no it's not for being popular just through hype, something Pulsar can't say they're not guilty of.
I have the worst experience with pulsar, first I received a mouse clearly used and dirty, they said thar the mouse was new and those marks happened during shipping. If you want to return it you have to pay the shipping back. Then my battery was lasting few hours and I have a double click issue, they don't want to take responsibility on it... MY ADVICE avoid this shitty company and go for a known brand
Since both mice are more or less the same from a technical point of view. It comes to the shape and which one you as a user would feel comfortable to use. Some may want the Superlight, some X2 Pulsar.
Loved my first black x2, until it started squeaking on m1. I grabbed a lamzu black/grey one, love that as well, but still like the x2 a little better. Just ordered the red, and the green founders. So I may take apart my black one vs rma to see if I can fix it myself. I never try to fanboy over a company, but I’ll now own 4 Pulsar mice😂
@@tigorski yes sir. I also lubed the black one and haven’t had an issue since. I swapped the red and black scroll wheels and side switches, left the founders untouched and just got the Bruce Lee in. As much as I love it, I think when they release the black lamzu mini, it will be the main.
i have the gpx, but now it's got sensor drift error i guess, because sometimes it flick down or up randomly, from your opinion, should i get a new gpx or try the x2? i have no warranty on my gpx bcs it's been 2 yrs or more ig thank you
To be fair I have the Logitech and the extension uses micro usb for the receiver so it’s actually not all that too inconvenient plus I charge it like once every other month. I think micro usb port is only to do w making the mouse lighter

How would you compare the superlight and pwnage ergo wireless gen 2? I believe you have both, just curious because I am having trouble finding my secondary mouse. I love the puc ergo but my dream mouse would be slightly bigger or a little more on the back end. Is the pro x superlight what I have been looking for? Deathadder v2 pro was too weird shaped for me and sabre rgb pro slants down too much with the lmb rmb. Seems pro x siperlight sticks more the the puc ergo shape I love

GPX + USB-C + PBT plastic + good switches = perfect mouse.
Going to pick up the Pulsar at some point. But the Superlight buttons I find don't feel too bad when you have grip type on them.

Yup. I have the mini and medium and find the medium to be way better. My left mouse click on the mini creaks too.

Bought my superlight and the biggest issue is the dog shit battery rattling around after 3-4 weeks of use.

Can’t go wrong with the gpx. But you can use any mouse if you put the time in.
