Coffee and improvised lawn chairs should definitely be included! That way, you could enjoy the scenery and a cup of warm "java" after a long hard day of looting. (did you see what I did there)?
Also, keep the guns that you have the most ammo for that can actually help you defend yourself. The weight of the new sniper isn't worth the carry. I mean, who are you going to be sniping, honestly?

Can’t carry five rifles….😅. Of course you can! Put the two 27 slot rifles on your back instead of in you inventory and you save 6 slots right there. Also, if you have matches and a lighter you could dump one or another and that’s another slot. Also, in Livonia you don’t have many fishing places in the South so you could ditch the fishing pole. Also also, the sawed off is nice but you have other better options and it’s badly damaged. 10 more slots open up if you drop that.

You have to disinfect your rags regardless. Your pristine rags will most likely be not have to disinfect.

I think it’d be nice to have an option to spawn in with your friends easier. Not sure how that would work. I understand why they do it the way that they do, but it would still be nice.
That would be cool, but like you said people would abuse it in PvP

Keep the KA and SVAL. The new sniper is stupidly heavy and isn’t very good. The sawn off is pointless weight. The M16 is decent but very common, and serves the same purpose as your KA. Oh and the reason why I like the SVAL so much is because it is an excellent zombie killer but also decent in PVP situations.

The SVAL is what I took out that player with in the Faith series who snuck up behind me.

Improvised cabin cruiser?
Not an addition but a change. I know its an obscure nitpick but this annoys me to no end. I'd like the "hold breath" sound that plays when you're steadying your sights to be changed to a long exhale sound. Holding your breath will actually spoil your aim. The lack of oxygen from holding your breath causes muscle tremors. The human body is at it's steadiest point at the bottom of a long exhale.
