Great vid Ben. Personally I have had this tray for 2 years now and has well and truly stood the test of time. Every time I look at another side tray I always stick with this. Hope you works for you mate certainly has for me 👍🏻👍🏻
Very nice tray Ben it's big but doesn't look bulky can't make my mind up which is better the tray with a hood or a one like the one you've just reviewed my own tray has got neither so I'm impressed buy the Nitish one.
These larger trays with the eva bit are excellent, I use the Preston version, only drawback I have found is the side leg, If the peg you are on is small then quite often the leg will hang over the edge of the peg & its too deep, to combat this I have bought a pair of the Matrix bent legs & this does the trick & they are only a few inches from the seat box legs & still stable. great bit of kit though with winter on its way, nice review Ben Thanks
hi ben i bought it when it first came out, best storm tray on the market in my opinion, allows you to fish both left and right margins without having to close lid as you would have to with most up and over trays
You can change the leg fitments to the preston side tray ones if im not mistaken (the square tray bar is the same size as the preston side trays) which deems you dont need the leg support.
Hi, Ben. Looks really good. Would the tray be easy to clean especially the EVA system part? It would do my head in if there was bait particles in it all the time. Thanks.
I've just bought this and like you I'm looking for a bag to house it, but my combi side tray is 75 inches long, and when I look at measurement of the matrix horizon bag you have states its only 70 inches wide, can you confirm its same as mine as it don't name sense , your thoughts
The split tray design giving you 2 options is brilliant..functional and looks good, but massively disappointing its not self supporting as self support side trays have been out a good few years now..
The grey insert real does my head in I’ve got the nu-fish one with the full lid love it BUT bloody dropped it twice now in my leg lol not ideal to go swishing around with your landing net before fishing ! So just bought the Preston one
Why not add a Uni side tray support bracket so you dont have to faf about with the 3rd leg, especially when your peg is not wide enough to use it. Preston, Matrix etc all do them
@@Angling4U you will see it’s much more practical mate. I just use the 3rd leg bracket to hold a short 6” piece with a reaper rest attached for my landing net
Hi Ben, I purchased this combo tray a couple of months ago and really pleased with it. Strong and versatile. 👍
Interesting choice.
I am/was thinking of getting a Preston EVA tray for the winter, but will now look at one of these.

Great to hear!

Totally agree
Nu-fish are great quality, especially the bright yellow tightening knobs which are really positive
good quality stuff I have one with sun cover 👌
Had one nearly 18 noths. Nothing better than these especialy in bad weather
You can change the leg fitments to the preston side tray ones if im not mistaken (the square tray bar is the same size as the preston side trays) which deems you dont need the leg support.
Very nice tray best of both in one
Thanks for liking Paul

Thanks.
I just dip mine in the water and rinse after every session, great tray..
yeah has holes in the bottom
What’s this tray like on 25mm matrix legs? I had the nufish self support aqua lock but wasn’t great on the 25mm legs
Not too sure bud as mine are 36mm. But i got the self support leg for it
DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A BAG THAT WILL FIT/ CARRY THE NUFISH COMBI TRAY 75CM LONG? ID APPRECIATE YOUR ANSWERS
I had trouble fishing venue with a small peg so I am going to purchase a supporting leg with the bend to try support the tray .
got one on order

Sorry cm not inches
I like that how much are they again and where did you get them from
Just google it bud they will pop up
Great bit of kit for the price Ben. How many 3 pint bait tubs can it take.🎣👍
I would think 4 bud
Hi Ben. I five rivers in Dorset where I live. Can you recommend an all out silverfish pole around £1500
Browning silverlite
What size is your tray? As mine is 750mm, yet the horizon bag you use is 600mm??
I had a custom bag made by www.midwaterluggage.co.uk
That fits it perfect.
The split tray design giving you 2 options is brilliant..functional and looks good, but massively disappointing its not self supporting as self support side trays have been out a good few years now..
yeah just ordered a supporting leg
Ben u need the 600mm legs for box to bring tray up 👍
I've got the self support arm on order
could you pop a link up to the bag please?

Westlake do a similar feeder tray for half the price .
Was it worth buying and what do you now own
I have venti lite hooded and slim now
I have one, I think it should be supplied with a leg that doesn’t require the grey insert, other than that a good piece of kit.
The grey insert real does my head in I’ve got the nu-fish one with the full lid love it BUT bloody dropped it twice now in my leg lol not ideal to go swishing around with your landing net before fishing ! So just bought the Preston one
Yeah I've just ordered a supporting leg
Try putting it in the matrix trolley bag, maybe?
goes in horizon bag fella
What box you got pal

What's the price of it Ben?
Says at start of vid £112
Thanks Nick

I have preston supporting leg
I prefer self supporting trays without the leg
yeah now have preston ventelite
No need for the 3rd leg. Just use a Preston support arm and leave it on your box. Much more practical
Just ordered it bud

Margin fishing both sides I'm not convinced right handed anglers yes left handed not so sure Ben.
it will be fine
