The shelf is a great feature to these side trays. I bought the Nufish 1 with pockets in the lid, which is excellent but if i'd known this was coming out id have waited!
Great product the only downside is if your on a narrow platform the support legs won't work or if fishing of a stand in the water...

If there's a strong wind blowing from behind the tray, the lid won't stay up - it needs a mechanism to lock it into position at the chosen angle Otherwise a great bit of kit.... (The tension hinges don't stop the lid closing).
does it stand up on it's own with out the legs?
