@RyanCohenAlterEgo I take it you’re Jewish and of course a die hard liberal. Of course you are. You’re one of the millions who listen to what others say and rely on what social media says. So, just like all of the liberals, you all have proven what vile hypocrites are. Quotes from what libbers say, “We love and accept everyone”, “we tolerate everyone and everything and have tolerance for everyone”! But then the libs will actually hate and judge anyone who doesn’t agree with you libs. There has been news reports of libbers beating up anyone who doesn’t agree with your beliefs, have angry protests, have angry hateful, man bashing (so-called) Women’s marches. They say it’s for women’s rights and to be treated equally (and they have been for over fifty or sixty years.. a lot more in the last forty years. Then the liberals, you, actually THINK you know how Christians are and instead of getting to sit and talk to a group or one on one with a Christian, you all rather hate and judge first and you’re convinced to hate anyone who is a Christian and yet, you libbers never ask questions, go to a church and listen. True loving Christians never ever talk or bash any one of any race, religion or even never has anything negative or mean to say about the LGBTQIA+. Never. I’ve been to a few different churches in my life time and not one Pastor or Reverend or anyone who’s a clergy of their church. And you’ll be shocked to know, most of the people who go to church, pray, read the Bible, volunteer their time to help people in need of food or clothing or any kind of donations, have someone in their family, their neighbor, their grandkid, a son, a daughter who knew in their heart they wanted to transition into what they feel more happy and comfortable in their own skin in and not one parent ever makes their kid move out. And the parents, grandparents, family, still loves their loved one even when they know their kid or teenager and young adult doesn’t believe in the church, they are always loved unconditionally. And they love us back just the same. We pray for our loved ones to be protected, to be safe and know their loved one will never be alone. We all have to answer to God and as true Christians, even they know it’s not their place ever to judge because no one wants to be judged. Who on earth ever said Christians think they’re perfect?! Lol Not even the people who are Christians know they are far from perfect to judge you or anyone. You go by the words of the people who are false Christians. They are all talk but sin even more. Some even start their own church, for example, the Westboro Baptist Church. They really aren’t Baptist, the man who started that church is what we call, a false prophet. The true Christians don’t even want to ever associate with those false, not real Christians. God tells us it’s a sin to judge, love the sinner not the sin. Those people of the Westboro church are the worst sinners of all just because of one man, his family and his followers, he brainwashed them all to hate and judge. True Christians went to block those fake Christians from holding up their hateful signs at a funeral or just standing with signs about how God hates gays.. God does not hate anyone. I’m betting God will get His vengeance on that cult of non-Christian church. The people who start cults, just crave for attention and love and brainwashes people to believe in the person, mostly a man starts those cults and they they prey on young girls and teens.. and says God told him to have babies with young teens.. a huge lie. But sadly, the liberals want respect but will never respect anyone who’s not on their side. Elderly people who are Republicans, love the American flag, served in the military, vets, Christian elderly people or even people who are Conservative but don’t go to church (Yes, not all Conservatives go to church but fir many reasons but still know God exists), the elderly were afraid to show their support for American, the American flag, and at the time, Donald Trump when he was the president (He WAS the President but you libbers just can’t let him go! Lol.. You are the people who just keep bringing him up while the Conservatives moved on and accepted that Biden is the President). They fear if they put a bumper sticker on their car, they will get beaten up or their car will get destroyed by hateful libbers, and a few have been either beaten, kicked down, spit on and sucker punched. Tell me how that’s ok a liberal will sink that low to hurt or badly injure a total stranger, an elderly stranger just because that lib hates Donald Trump? Who told the liberals to beat up people who aren’t on your side? Is it ok to put your hands on someone just because you hated Donald Trump? That person isn’t him, so why hurt someone you don’t even know? What gave you libs the right to put your hands for pain to someone you don’t know? It’s sad AND scary how you liberals love to hate on, judge and criticize all people who aren’t liberals but yet, you all just keep on proving what liars and the worst hypocrites on earth. And liberals HATE America and yet, visit the National parks, go on vacations to beautiful places in America, eat the best and finest food, buy a lot of material products. Buy big houses but unfortunately, none of you leave! You don’t hate America itself, you all hate the Republic politicians. Lol.. You were brainwashed to hate, period! Go to a third world country with no fresh water, feces on the streets, women treated like the worst form of a living thing, no medical help to save your life, not enough internet, no Starbucks! Lol.. you all would run hole screaming and begging to come back to America! You think you know Christians but you don’t one bit, you were told rumors and who to hate. Because libs can’t think for themselves. How many liberals does it take to defend America? No one knows. They’ve never tried! Lol.. btw, Obama, both Clintons said in their speeches years before Donald Trump thought of running for the presidency. Obumbum said in a few of his speeches, he wants a wall to be built around the borders to stop and control the illegal immigrants, so did Bill and Hillary said the same thing, they want to stop and control the illegal immigrants from crossing the borders..Not one of you libs said a word or protested or called Obama and the Clintons, racists. Actually I remember a lot of liberals agreed with them. Donald Trump said the exact same thing and because he’s a Republican, the libbers were in an uproar and all of a sudden, he’s the racist!! Even though the Democrats said it first? To build a wall to stop the illegals, they aren’t racists!! Lol.. Oh you libbers are so sadly backwards and demand respect but don’t know how to respect others who don’t agree with you. You libs are true scary people and unfortunately, you really don’t know the chaos and hate you are spreading like wildfire. I fear for my young niece’s and nephews. But thank God, they are being raised with God in their life to protect them from the destruction the liberals will do to this world. I’m so happy I’m not a libber! Who wants to be pissed off and angry every waking moment? Lol 😂😂

I don't understand how these people can prosecute a woman who so desperately wanted her child, & just didn't know how to handle the situation at hand. They really just don't understand that she's already suffering more than anyone should ever have to. The loss if a wanted & loved child is the worst feeling ever.

Unfortunately, I have lived in Texas all my life. I am 70 years old, but I had an experience almost identical to this lady happened to me when I was 32. My husband and I were expecting our first child. At 26 weeks, we were told after a sonogram that our child had stopped growing at 16 weeks because of Turner’s syndrome. Fortunately, the politicians and the court system in Texas had not yet decided that they had the right to practice medicine without a license which for the rest of us would be a crime. I was able to end my pregnancy. I still almost died and still have medical issues and mental trauma from what happened to me. My husband and I were not able to have any more children because we lost two more. It is not enough that this lady has to go through the horrible trauma of losing a child that she wanted. She hast to go through the additional trauma of fearing that she could literally lose her life while Ken Paxton and the Texas Supreme Court have the arrogance, cruelty, and audacity to think that they have the right to decide how close to death she has to be to receive the care she needs. I cannot understand why these people can’t be prosecuted for practicing medicine without a license. They have no heart. They have no soul. They have no conscience if I was to say what I believe should happen to these people who insinuate themselves into peoples’ individual lives in pursuit of their own personal power, I would be banned from commenting about anything on RUclips for a while. The state of Texas has become not only a national but an international moral disgrace. If my husband and I could afford to leave it, we would. But we can’t leave it because we are too retired special education teachers, and our Texas retirement pension is for shit.

You have no idea how exhausting it has been to try to change the politics in Texas. It isn't just the viability of the fetus. They want the woman to continue the pregnancy, go through long labor and hard childbirth and then have a child to watch die within minutes to hours and then have to bury her knowing you may no longer be able to have other children. When does a woman's mental health come into play, let alone the physical pain endured to get this nonviable fetus here? I have a professional license here and do NOT want to have to test to get a license in another state so I am going to retire it and leave my home because we just can't take it anymore. P.S. I live in a blue county and truly love this state. I am just too tired to keep trying.

From what I understand, there was a 90% chance the fetus was going to die before birth, which increases the risk of the mother dying, not to mention extending the trauma on the mother. And from what I've heard about the anti-abortion legislation, it's so vague that doctors are wary to even remove dead fetuses, meaning she potentially would have had to carry the dead fetus full term and then give birth to it. The fact that Texas both considers fetuses to have rights when it comes to a woman's life/choice and in the cases of a womans pain amd health that led to her miscarriage fetuses do not have rights, really just spells it out gor you. It's about misogyny plain and simple. It's about controlling women. The day they overturned roe v wade... it made me feel less like a human being. Maybe a lot of women felt/feel that way and it's just devastating. To know that people devalue your life so much just because you are a woman. Devestating.

There is nothing pro-life about pro-life. There were more abortions before Roe became established than there were after and now that some states are making it illegal again because the protections are gone I'm certain the rate will start to rise. Why? Because in the days before Roe, women were allowed less access to jobs, education, and other forms of establishing independence, forcing them to be at the mercy of their families and spouses for their well being. Funny how if you teach someone about their health and give them options on how to take care of it, they are more likely to choose alternatives to abortions. They make it sound like ladies get abortions with the same abandon one gets for going to the salon, which makes very little sense considering how much grief they are given by the pro-lifers for the choices they make.
If these "lifers" care so much about the sanctity of life, maybe they should put more effort into preserving the ones that are already here. There are plenty of orphanages, foster kids, homeless kids, underfunded schools, and countless other charities designed to lighten the burden of children that had been thrust into a life of abuse and poverty.

A lawsuit filed by several women who were not allowed to have abortions in Texas even though they were facing medical emergencies has gone to deliberations, I believe. They were suing the state, and the state’s lawyers defended their brutality by claiming their doctors were responsible for failing to provide the right care. They were literally asking, “Did Ken Paxton personally tell you you weren’t allowed an abortion or was that what your doctor said?”
Well, that defense is dead because when this woman was granted relief, it was Ken Paxton who said her case wasn’t serious enough to meet the requirements for an exception, threatened the hospitals with lawsuits and her doctor with 99 years in prison.
In Canada there are no laws about abortions, just like there aren’t any about prostate cancer. Strangely, in the roughly 40 years this has been true, there has not been an increase in women asking to abort their healthy fetuses at 8 months.

I love and miss Texas dearly, but the Texas we left doesn’t deserve us. Texas is losing a lot of cultural creators. There are other communities that can benefit from our skills and participation.

When it comes to health care decisions I’m pro choice. I’m also Pro Post Birth life, unlike the Repubs.

It's like George Carlin said, as far as the GOP is concerned if you're unborn you're sacred, but once you're born, you're on your own.

@@ArtGirl82I'm waiting for someone to provide proof of the contrary. I never see republican politicians advocating for investments into helping mothers, especially single mothers, raise children or into the foster care system and adoption agencies.

FYI: There is already an "Underground Railroad" available for exactly this reason. Whoever you are, wherever you are, there are people who can help you get the care you need.

I am from Boston but was living in the red state of Florida caring for family members. Just after the 2018 election put DeSatan in the governor's house and gave Bill Nelson's senate seat to PRick Scott, I got the Hell Out of FL and came back home to MASS. The moral of this story is, I left a red state, you can too.
