composer: Akira Ifukube
title: Ballata Sinfonica
1. Allegro capriccioso
2. Andante rapsodico
Kazuo Yamada (conductor), Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, 1962
0:00 - I. Allegro capriccioso
7:43 - II. Andante rapsodico

The opening chord seems cut off. Is it supposed to be like that?
Fairly sure its intentional from the amount of times he does the exact same thing with his godzilla osts
For Ballata Sinfonica, yes there’s recordings of this orchestration in full, most likely it was a recording mistake, I wouldn’t think Ifukube would rework this for the sake of his brother as it was meant for him when he passed away.
