First off I love the new show and will be a regular watcher. Great job on picking your co-host. Trevor was always one of my favorite players. Want to leave a comment about the Jordan Walker situation. I personally believe he was brought up too early. That was the first mistake. The second mistake was after you brought him up too early you gave him a short leash. The third mistake was that you tried to mess with his swing when he was doing okay but you wanted him to change his swing because he wasn't creating enough power instead of just letting the young guy hit and figure out majorly pitching. This is not Jordan Walker's fault. This is 1,000% the St Louis Cardinals fault. I'm excited to see him get a full season. The Cardinals need to stop messing with his swing. When he came up originally he was hitting pretty good until they started messing with his swing. Lastly my favorite player and the player I'm really excited about is Mason winn and let's keep Nolan. Let him retire as a Cardinal
The one thing I think about a Jordan Walker is how he apparently grew a few inches just before he made his MLB debut. That also possibly indicates his arms and legs were longer and it could be the reason he struggled. A sneaky trick the carnival does is raise the basketball hoop and move the distance from the free throw line to make people miss. I’m wondering if his mechanics are off because his body is swinging differently due to the different movements his body has to perform to swing. I remember how lucky my friends were as teenagers when we grew quickly and we stumbled over our own feet.

Would like to hear your thoughts and why we haven't heard more about aggressively trying to trade players like Eric Fedde or Miles Mikolas. I know we need innings to get through the season but with the price of starting pitching, those 2 would seem like no brainers to move. Not trading Helsley now is also a huge risk.
Need to get Trevor up to speed, the Cardinals have fallen way behind the industry leaders when it comes to minor league development, coaches, coordinators, technology, that is why they brought in Chaim Bloom, it is a pathetic shame that Mo & DeWitt stood around and allowed this crumble to happen, and were late to wake up to the slide and realized, oh crap, we've got a serious issue. A mind-blowing oversight of being asleep at the wheel by very large egos.
Difference is that JD does not have inside information as Katie does. The only problem I have with JD is that he relies too much on Fansided and Redbird Rants. Other than that, I enjoy his Locked On program. But he would be in interesting gues there as well.

This is a ok podcast . But you all know that bernie miklasz is the best in st louis . Id be listening to this podcast daily . If katie didnt have trevor on this podcast i dont think any body would watch it . But im excited about this because trevor knows baseball . Trevor been on the baseball battlefield
