Girl I’m so with you!!! I’m usually up until 2:00 a.m. cleaning and decorating! 😊. I have a disabled son who was in an accident and I have to turn him every three hours. So… cleaning and decorating is my therapy for stress.

There’s a different kind of gratitude when you know what it’s like to truly not have much. I’ve been there too, and there were so many lessons that came from that time. Material things are definitely nice, but they don’t make us who we are…experiences do, even the everyday ones. ❤️
Absolutely! There have been so many times in my life that I look back on that time and miss how much simpler life felt (of course I was a kid, so it was probably much different for my mom) but we were truly grateful for everything (big or little) and I am just thankful that I always have those times to remind me what’s really important and also to remind us to be grateful - even when you’re not in that situation anymore ♥️

Omg I don't think I've ever cried watching your channel..in a good way that is, the story about when you were a little girl and not having much was so touching, and that bear was just the icing on the cake:)I often compare myself to other moms and things they have that I don't, but that just reminded me to give myself grace and be grateful for the things I do have. Absolutely! I had the opportunity to go volunteer with our two oldest boys this past weekend, and it made us extra grateful. Even when I was little and we didn’t have much… we still had more than so many. And we definitely could all use that reminder to not take things for granted ♥️ happy holidays!!
"Know that what you are doing really does matter" those words brought tears to my eyes. All to often I think we all feel overwhelmed and under-appreciated and wonder if anyone even notices how hard we work.

I’m old enough to be your mother and it is so nice to see a women your age taking pride in your home , and your home is lovely.
I have always done my cleaning at night....when my kids were sleeping and the house was quiet and settled. I find it peaceful and calming to do it then. I don't feel rushed or pulled in 10 different directions.... I can take my time and I find I actually enjoy the process, it makes me feel proud knowing my home is clean and looks nice and of course I LOVE getting up the next day to a fresh start!
I absolutely love the flower tray and the tray with the initial and established year. What wonderful gifts they are! Would LOVE to have the larger machine myself....I could get lost in the projects that could be done with one😍 LOVE your guys videos!!

Amanda, I've started to switch up my cleaning routine and I must say nighttime cleaning feels calming. I'm in my zone and find cleaning therapeutic. I can see between your project which I love btw, and the cleaning your end time was 3am. My favorite tray was the one that said Paige-Bower family. Such a sweet personal gift which is priceless. A cricut of any kind would be a bonus to win. 😊 My Sister has one to make personalized t shirts and labeling and she loves it. I just love doing after dark cleaning when everyone is already asleep. It gives you peaceful atmosphere after a long day taking care of the kids. Will be doing it again since it's winter season in our place and I am organizing again the closet of my kids for their winter clothes. A huge clutter that needs to be done right away. I love cleaning at night I get so much more done & your videos always help for that little extra motivation when I don't have it.
Growing up, it was always tradition to start decorating for Christmas the day after Thanksgiving and take down everything on January 1. For the past few years, now that I'm living on my own, while I still decorate the day after Thanksgiving, I've started taking down the decorations earlier. One day, I even took them down on Christmas Day! I think when I have a family with kids, I'll go back to leaving everything up until New Years Day to extend the magic of the season that much longer. I also just like the feeling of starting fresh with a blank slate with the new year.

I like your new home better, for sure! The kitchen is so much bigger and I actually like the built in cabinets in the living room just as they are. I like a more custom look versus a cookie cutter look. The couches facing each other and the chairs to the side is my favorite. I see that layout a lot in decor magazines and it fliws well. The coffee table is perfecto!

I love your night time cleaning videos! I agree that after everyone has gone to bed is the most relaxing time to clean. One cricut tip! I've been watching Wiskey and Wit on RUclips the past couple of weeks (she is AMAZING) and she suggests you do a thin layer of mod podge over the stencil before you do the paint! It reduces leeding even more! I haven't tried it yet, but I have lots of projects planned to test it out on!

yep, making memories is much better then trying to have a clean house, slow down and enjoy. I work retail so you are always moving. once i get home i try not to go crazy and clean up. instead i go watch you tube and unwind from the day.

I prefer baking cakes late at night, especially now that it is Summer here. I also tidy / reset the house for the next day. It’s only my husband and myself, but it takes the stress out of my morning, which is when I exercise. Loved the gifts and am hoping for a Cricut Joy as a Christmas present 🤞🏻😘

Hello Amanda I just wanted to say thanks for sharing the trays in this video. I decided to make some for the moms in my carpool group. Everyone loved them. I loved using my cricut to make them. It was my first time using the stencil material. It worked great!

I make it a point to enjoy the evenings with my kids. I work full time & only get a few hours with them each evening during the week, so cleaning is pushed back until after the kids are asleep. Worth any lost sleep 100%!
