    Never disappointed when watching these videos. You're amazing and I love the channel. The only frustration I feel is not having access to a teacher like you in person! Keep the knowledge coming! Be blessed.

    Great video as always!
    Q: Do you generally prefer to step in like that (0:50) when someone sits down in butterfly - instead of trying to push them /lift the legs to get the opponent on his back and then step in for the knee slide? If so why?

    • @CoachZahabi
      @CoachZahabi  8 лет назад +1

      Björn Karlsson I like various methods including the ones you mentioned. I do the one I feel best fits the situation and often find myself using a combination of moves to pass

    Coach I was successful a couple of times but then onece they get the hang of the move then they hold on tighter to the foot making front kicking pretty hard...any advice?

  • @MrFlamingTacoMan
    @MrFlamingTacoMan 8 лет назад

    I feel like I would have a lot of trouble limp legging out from that position. What makes the limp leg work? When the bottom guy loses control of your knee that's stopping him from going to your ankle and standing as you try to limp leg?

    • @CoachZahabi
      @CoachZahabi  8 лет назад +1

      MrFlamingTacoMan yes you have to feel whether you can get your knee out or not. If you feel like your knee is stuck you need to move to another counter of which there are many to choose from. Be sure not to overlook the power of the teleport. Like all moves it has its pros and cons.

      Thanks Firas, I appreciate the quick response! You seem like a great coach!

  • @croc244

    what if the guy on the ground grabbed your other leg would the teleport still work? Could you use the teleport as a defense against a sweep single leg takedown?
