@@TheShy007 Heard a lot of good about that one! May have to check it out. This isn't a genre I really play a ton of, mostly just pokemon. But I think the one I enjoyed the most was World of Final Fantasy. Huge fan of the series and really enjoyed the stacking mechanics!
@@capn_sarge It does exist as a problem, tho, I've checked this with other folks. I want to buy it, since it's for sale, right now. Just wanted to know since the December patch if it's gone. I don't wanna buy a defective port.
@@ChiefMedicPururu My understanding is even those who did have game crashes it only happened a couple of times. I'm not sure about patches or anything you may be able to find that elsewhere, but I didn't experience any problems with the game on the Switch.
It's "open world" in that you can pretty much explore everywhere once you get the ship early on into the story (if I'm remembering correctly) but it's the JRPG style of open world, not the Ubisoft style.
@@capn_sarge classic jrpg overworld style I'd probably call it, like final fantasy games up to 9, tales of games up to Vesperia(ish). I actually love it, it gives a grander sense of scale, a chance to offer biomes that make sense. Yeah while it makes a bit less sense than like ubisoft open worlds in some ways, it's probably more lively than what they do anyway! I think the closest middle ground we've got in terms of scale and overworld is breath of the wild (in relation to what games like ni no kuni do I mean)
What's your favorite creature catching game?
Nexomon Extinction, which one is your?

Great Video!! im playing the game rn!!
Glad you enjoyed it thanks for checking it out! Enjoy the game!
I heard the game crashes a lot, but did the update fix that?
I don't remember experiencing any crashes in my time with the game! So I was either lucky or yes they did fix it

Is it completely open world?
Or Pokémon like??

Review Nino kuni 2 please
I've been wanting to pick it up! Trying to hold out for a switch port but may need to just grab it on PS4 or something!
Just picked up a copy for the switch! Keep an eye out (probably 2 months from now when I finally get around to finishing it)
Awesome game
$25? I bet with that voice you could've haggled the price down to free.
The microphone adds about 10 levels of voice, in person I'm much less convincing
