People don’t really gang bang anymore. All those active homies from every neighborhood got washed up with a lot of time . After the early 2000’s gang banging was dead , I mean shit happens to this day but it’s not that serious. Mostly all that tagging is done by young people. But hey there’s a place for those people and State of California will provide that .Beds need to be filled up .

I have family that live in PH. One of my aunts had a huge in ground pool and we used to go swimming there a lot. I'm from National City so all I know is the west side of PH. I grew up on Earle Drive by Palmer Way elementary school. I grew up there in the 70s and 80s. It was crazy back then too.
