I find it hard to believe that the players are 'Professional'. A new manager needs to come in, get the squad into training and lock the doors! Managing Real Madrid is easy because their recruitment facility is much better than ManUtd, Everton, so technically he is getting all on his plate when he is starting in Real Madrid. But in ManUTD the entire department post Ferguson is bad, recruitment is worst, coaching, injury-recovery department all got issues. So no manager will be succeed till the owner changes and fix the issues from the core. Imagine Salah he was thrown away from Chelsea but under Klopp and his coaches he flourished. ManUtd has good players but the mentality and the coaches who train them are not in good place. Always remember what Ralf Ragnick said, "the club needs open heart surgery".
