So the funny thing about Megumin is that, while people can have more mana than what Explosion uses and can still move after casting it, Megumin constantly upgrades Explosion as she gets more mana, so it always ends up using all of her mana, regardless of how much she has.

Sadly they stopped at Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, I don't know if they still plan to continue eventually or if they dropped it
They liked the movies so I assume that maybe they have copyright issues with the pokemon movies, which makes sense but it's still a shame.

I like it cause it cause there are almost no dub reactions. The entire scene when Beldia showed up the main series is what made me love the dub
I remember when I first watched KonoSuba, I was immediately hooked on it up until episode 8… this anime got some whacky shit in it man.
Auqa serving hot water is a because of her powers, she is making tea but she keeps purifying it something she's always doing in the series.

Idk what everyone else's thoughts are on the Megumin anime Prequel is, but I liked it. and it was nice learning everything that unfolded to make Megumin the Explosion maniac she becomes, and we learn about the origin of her cat, among a few other things I felt will play part in later seasons.
I think the general consensus is "great just not quite the same level of great"
Most people think its because it's missing everyone else and that is a part of it, though I personally think its because it being fairly recent sort of "breaks" the string of insanity the series has built up at this point.
You listen to how characters talk in the first season and then compare it to the constant screaming now, its just weird to have the spinoff be smack dab in the middle of it with its generally more quiet pace
Everyone keep making fun of kazuma yet no one reliazes how much of a problem he can be the author himself confirmed that if kazuma didn't choose aqua he would've killed the demon king in just 6 months

Always happy to watch a reaction to Konosuba in the Dub. Too many people are elitist that HAVE to watch every anime in Sub. Don't get me wrong, there are some that I usually watch in Sub but there are certain anime where I prefer the Dub: Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Konosuba, Overlord are the ones that come to mind.

megumin spin off is before she comes to Axel up until she joins the party while the 3rd season continues on from this.
