When you say if you don't have Talene, and Hodgkin, you can replace them with Carolina and Salazer/Igor. Do you mean if we don't have Mythic+/Supreme+, or is 1 copy of each enough and better than the alternatives?
If you have Talene recommended charm set then even 1 copy of her will do the most dmg , if not then you can still use her & try the team without talene & see which provides best result for you.

Yeah you'll have to have full Graveborn talent tree for optimal damage.
