As I get to know more about China, I want to visit there. Many Indian has false sense of human rights abuse in China compared to India.
What surprised me what compensation for unlawful imprisonment. China has a law for that. A person was unlawfully imprisoned for 25 years but he got compensation of 6,70,000 US$, while in similar case in India, a person unlawfully imprisoned for 20 years did not get anything, but less than 10 US$ for his work in prison.
This shows us value of a common person's life in both nations.

Thank you for stating that India surpassed South Korea to become the number five in the world, and watch the figures for the coming years when India will rise to number three and China's share declining rapidly. For instance Apple is quickly making India their largest I-phone producing country and closing in China. I'm sure as an Indian you would feel proud, right? Another thing, in services India is quickly gaining on China and set to surpass it in a few years.

If the hotpot is the Sichuan type ma la, it tastes very different from Indian curry, say. The ma la ha also the numbing "pepper"(not actual pepper). As one used to South Indian style hot food, I'm not used to the Sichuan(in Indian restaurants, they still use the ancient spelling: Szechwan) style hotpot.
