God is so so so awesome and Sovereign! He had a plan for thousands of Jews to be saved. So I believe, what can be interpreted as a simple decision by Vashti, actually opened the door for a chain of events that saved thousands. This encourages me because we never know how God is going to work a situation out. He can use the most minute, surprisingly insignificant thing to bring his plan to fruition! I'm going to trust Him! He's always working behind the scenes!
Amen! That is the case with so many situations in the bible. If decisions weren't made the way they were, the outcome would have been entirely different. I believe the Lord works everything out for our good; to them that love God and to them that are called according to His purpose.
