Semana Santa in Madrid! What to see and where to eat!

Semana Santa. Easter. Holy Week. A speciality of Spain's religious calendar. Most people's minds head to regions like Andalucia, but every year Madrid has become far more popular as a location for Easter.
Processions, drum cavalcades, virgins and Jesuses. Everything is on offer. But also Laura and I wanted to show off the foods usually eaten at this time of year. So from Maundy Thursday, through Good Friday and ending up at Easter Sunday we stuff our faces as well as showing off the floats and robed processions taking place in the capital.
