Ribera del Duero: Villages and Wines!

- An escape, a brief bit of freedom, to the third prong of the holy trinity or 'Rs'. I did Rueda, I drank everything in Rioja and now it is the turn of an adventure around Ribera, Ribera del Duero.
This wine region, not even two hours north of Madrid, is in the heartland of Castilla y Leon. As well as hundreds of kilometres of vineyards there is a dazzling array of towns, villages, castles and canyons. And we our best to visit as many as possible in just two days.
A visit to Bodegas PradoRey and a night in their 16th century Posada added to the viticultural landscape.
The villages: Gumiel de Izan, Caleruega, Aranda del Duero, (Cañon del Rio Lobos), Ucero Castle, El Burgo de Osma, Ayllón and Maderuelo.

Love the epic music at the end. Thanks for another lovely video. Maybe in addition to putting the location name as subtitle, you could also add the names of the wines you're drinking :) I know, adds postproduction effort but would definitely be a major improvement.

Mate, please do add the names of the places you visit. I had to look for the Bar Alquimia de Arevaka, but for someone without Spanish it’s almost impossible to find
