Some oil and they " you people have butter, ghee blah blah" But they can eat tons of fat in whole day in the form of beef, pork Sweets full of sugars, oils. Our daily cooking is health. Use of grains with fiber. Satnaja....it is flour made of seven healthy cereals. Our vegetables,pulses cooked in two three spoons of oil... Our spices are full of health. We don't use maida ( fine wheat flour which is used in noodles, pizza etc,) Our Dosas, dhoklas... Our drinks like lassi, sattu ( full of protein), aam panna, use of homemade curds... That is our cooking... healthy. Proud tobe Indian..❤❤
