Quick remark for pizza vending. Its been successfully used in France since the early 2000s and the majority of the designs have been implemented from there. Its now hitting the US. Generally the pizza is par baked then finished in the machine which usually takes 3 minutes. 5 seems a long time.
Feel free to give us a call if you find something used or at auction. We'd be happy to put some eyes on it to make sure nothing is missing which at times can make a good deal NOT a good deal.

i love pizza always have always will. i used to work as a line cook in a greek restaurant and we did 1200-1500 every fri, sat, sun night... some pretty exciting technology here no doubt. its excites me in a way i cannot mention. but what i will mention is EVERY pizza deserves a pizza pan that is lined with olive oil ! ! ! thanks for the video !!! ( man that automated machine was pretty awesome )
