East Lancs Railway, Wet and Steamy! 10th August 2019

A summer Saturday on the East Lancashire Railway, with nearly, continuous rain all day. The only advantage was that the conditions were good for steam.
The steam services were worked by 80097 and 34092 City of Wells, while 37109 was in charge of the diesel service.
Also starring 08164 Prudence adding the dining cars to the train.

My Accucraft Gauge 1 4MT is 80097. They are handsome locos and it looks fine alongside my Aster Gauge 1 rebuilt MN (in America)!

Well I have a great experience there once back when tornado was having it’s 10 th birthday the Scotsman was also there so we got to see two famous British steamers
