Making Ice Cream - STEM Workshop

Join us for our first STEM workshop of the 2022 PA Farm Show with Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts. Heavy whipping cream, vanilla, salt, ice, and a lot of shaking! In this dairy-inspired chemistry activity, students will create a chemical reaction to cool their mixture into a yummy treat. Follow along with Amanda as she explains how it works.
