I submitted this one because I slept on this ship following the buff and I truly believe it now topples the burg and Zeiten for top T7 brawling BB despite having no torps. 36.4knts, 40knts on speed boost, 5 heals, good armour, good guns, 22s reload, 10.4km secondaries at 3s reload, 70k hp pool. That’s a hell of a lot of tools
Tom you did a wonderful job in this match! Flandre is my fav ship too, running 16/3 Gueppy with RwS, 16/2 hipper, 11/2 Kondo. People are always surprised by how much hp she has and how fast she is. I’ve had so many ships spaz out from the flurry of secondaries too, great work!!
I’ve been loving Flandre. I skipped that campaign but bought it with gxp recently. I know it was buffed but i feel i really slept on that ship for too long.

Had a an 8 kill game in agincourt. I took a screenshot then tried to save replay, but it only saved the from moment the screenshot was taken. Pissed about that
Since I haven't seen any comments about game mechanics, AP follows 1/6th arming rules, so every shell that didn't hit the Shimanto's armor belt were guaranteed to overpen. Additionally, the top half of Shimanto's armor belt is turtleback, so it'll force more overpens from ricochets. Hopefully that clears up some issues. I might be slightly wrong with something tho.
AP does not follow 1/6th rule. That is HE. It’s based off of total penetration which is influenced by distance, angle, and commander characteristics. At that range with angle it should have easily been a citadel
@@whereruaaron Both HE and AP follow the 1/6th rule, but AP needs a minimum of 1/6th to start the shell fuse. Armor effectiveness is what helps slow down the shells preventing them from overpenning. Worth asking WG directly if you aren't sure.

So did I. You will mostly find me in German BC, Burg or Eugen, but recently flandre is my most played. Very slept on ship.
Dang now my submitted replays seem quite dull lol. It all came to a head at the very end, very satisfying.
