Saw this in 2019. I can remember how hard that base hit when Oliver came out playing. Right in the chest! Great start to the show. I also remember looking around at the entire stage set up thinking how sick it all looked. You guys will love it!
The loud explosion in the beginning of the show was very common in the old days. Circus and street shows started with a bang to draw everyone their attention. Than the instrucements come together like a soundcheck. First drums, guitar, keybord, guitar, bass, vocals. Not a big fire, but it's quite charming.
This song is an absolute "ear worm" to me. Ever since hearing it over a year ago I find myself humming or tapping the beat to this song pretty much every day. I put it down to the songs awesome opening building up and up ,such a great layered song. Especially when the bass kicks in!
@Necramonium Yeah it's too slow for an opener. The intro is really good though, could have been an intro from a break pethaps and use Auslander with it's entrance as the opener
Please react to "Emigrate - YOU CAN'T RUN AWAY". Btw. Richard & Till will do a cover of "Always on my Mind" on Emigrate's next album(out November 5th). So it be cool if you could react to some of the old versions by Elvis, Willie Nelson, Pet Shop Boys etc. etc. In case you don't know the song, and then make a reaction for that song when the album releases.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for reacting to Was Ich Liebe. It's one of my absolute favourites and I really prefer the live version to the studio recording. I agree with Mat on his assessment of what the song is about. I love the way the band come out one by one, re-introducing themselves to the fans. Their outfits are all in the colours of the German flag btw. Everything just gels on this song and this performance, from Schneider's drums, to Oli's bass filling out the instrumentals and then Till's heartfelt singing. Just, brilliant, brilliant.
Since Chels likes Flake so much, you also most definetly need to react to "Langeweile" by Feeling B. There's a live version from Arte's Hope@Home Series, where Flake sings it together with a pianost & violinist. It's a song that was originally recorded by Flake & Paul in 1992.
I love Rammstein, I love everything they've done since 1995. Richard the guitarist branched off and his is "Emigrate", and Till branched off with "Lindemann"... I really like them both, I can't see why Emigrate and Lindmann don't work together and make songs/videos...... Oh shit, wait... I'm talking about Rammstein.. Dammit. F*ck.. i think this song is a little bit weird for a stadium show opener, but having said that, I can't wait to see them again next year.
