They do not need to give a reason to the cops. Thats a hippa violation. He asked for medical and they want to ask questions

Interesting 🤔 who enforces hippo laws?? Is there even a punishment for that? Seams like an obscure and difficult to pursue task

So he was arrest based on hearsay. And they refused medical treatment

@@Brevardcorruptionwatch you blind now. You can’t just take sides against someone blindly this video is clear night and day you cant be dispositioned automatically you gotta expand your mind and see things for what they are. He did that to himself. He could have kept walking and been free. And this the second time in the same day they have to go deal with him.

@ Addiction is a multifaceted disease that has little understanding. It's actually a clinical, physical, mental, often genetic propensity and aspects. The average person has absolutely no education about the condition. So sad... Got 45 minutes, it can be explained. It's more than choice. It's the brain being altered by multiple factors. Clinical aid, empathy, education and support is required to help heal this man, not judgement. Just because there is no quick fix doesn't mean this man's healing isn't possible. I pray we begin to change our methods of clinical support for such human beings. They are in fact ALL someone Mother's child and deserve proper care.

So just to clarify, you can equate trespassing as going to jail because in order to be effectively trespassed you have to furnish an ID. Refusal to furnish an ID gets you sent to jail. If you removed the requirement for showing ID, less people would be in jail for trespassing.

The man probably paid taxes his entire life, and how does the arrogant, belligerent cop respond to him? I can't help you with that (BUD), but the blue-line thugs demand respect-what a joke. Sorry, SOUTHERN LIFE, I don't like how you glorified the thugs or the disrespectful paramedics. I have dealt with both government agencies in the past and they get more disgusting every year to where now it is almost acceptable except to those old enough to know how they should conduct themselves.

@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS It isn't about what he should have done it is how she should be conducting herself with compassion, police no longer have compassion; everything is about them and their safety. I am not a kid, probably old enough to be your grandfather, and I know how police used to treat people and how badly they act now. People sometimes have no choice of where they are, especially in today's disrupted society, the way police act is part of the deliberate decay that is being created to destroy our society. Is the fentanyl the real reason for the tariffs, or is it to destroy the medium household family's wealth? If you think it is to control drugs, why are drug pushers given more chances in large cities, and traffic violations get people thrown into jail? But I do like disguising this issue with you I hope you see past the media lies.
