You say "they hardly ever come on the market". I've seen two on the market in the past 6 months. One directly underneath that one one the first floor and another one around the corner in the next block.
Hi JMK, we don't deny that apartments in Glencove come up from time to time, however, a penthouse with river views for sale in the complex is very very rare.
@@libertyblueestateagents5942 I'm very interested in Glen Cove apartments, but not the two available on the market. On the ground floor seems cold and another one there's no a good view.
