What about a vintage dresser for a vanity - it’s a pretty easy project. Just seal it with varnish for the steam. I have a vintage sewing machine cabinet as a vanity.

i catch my self talking to my screen saying "yes you can cut on an angel" but then I realized it to late the project is done. i bet some hemp rope to fit in the gap on the door might give it a nautical feel, that rope that's used on ships it prickly and rough ʕ•́ᴥ•̀ʔっ
