Awesome! My Grandma Used To Make This For Us.. She Made A "Sugar Pizza" That Was Killer All Fried! You Guys Make Everything She Made-She Was From Ferentino . Thank You And God Bless
I never in a million years thought you could do this! This is such a cool idea! Are there Italian people from some region that do this, or is this an American creation? Love this and the channel.
Ok , I am going to ask a technical question, first of all why fry, why is it better than parbaking, do you use your standard dough mix ? ok so more than one . This would be fine but I would say you want to cook more than one . LOL .It is an intriguing process, thank you as usual for the vid...
Another must try. Thanks Papa Paulie. I noticed Chef Dom folded his Pizza. That's the way to do it 👍😆
You bet!
Looks AMAZING! My grandmother used to make this all the time, she is from Naples as well, near Avellino. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
Mouthwatering! I’ll never look at pizza from Papa John’s the same now..lol

Frying gives it a unique texture. I use the Neapolitan dough recipe. We have a video for that.

If I were to fry the pizza early like you said, can I leave them out or should the fried dough be refrigerated?
You can leave them out.

@@BrooklynBrothersCooking you guys are awesome
How do you get your meats cut so thin?
When it comes to sausage, be sure you refrigerate it for a couple of hours. The sausage becomes firm and easy to slice thinly with a sharp knife.
@@BrooklynBrothersCooking Yeah, I always want to slice right after cooking and it crumbles. Thank you!
Whole milk low moisture on the NY style pizza.
Dougj recipe??? 😢😢😢
No problem. The recipe is listed in the description.
I miss the days when semolina was put on the bottom of the pizzas. Pizzas look amazing. Oh no please don't sit down and eat them! Hangry again LOL
Thanks 😊
