Thanks for sharing. I make this a great deal the only difference are....I add garlic and hot pepper. I also fry the salt fish in coconut oil and toss some broccoli florets in at the end. So delicious!!

Boil it until it's soft but not mushy. You don't want it too hard since you will be frying it again
