Hello David !! i loveeed this video !!! just fantastic !! i was wondering if you could do a video about the carreer of Scott Alexander, or even a review of his book "52" or maybe a mix of a tribute to his career and review of his book or dvd series standing up on stage
The great books on magic all contain sections on close-up magic, Tarbell, Mark Wilson's Course. The Amateur Magicians Handbook, Magic: The Complete Course: How to Perform Over 100 Amazing Effects by Joshua Jay, but if you want to study card magic in particular, I recommend Easy to Master Card Miracles by Michael Ammar. This is a multi-volume set that provides the best card magic and the finest instruction I have ever seen.
Great review! Thank you!

It was my go to reading between demos and customers at houdini shops in vegas
That is so cool! Thanks for sharing.

I did a tribute to Scott here: ruclips.net/video/84011ic51Ko/видео.htmlsi=OQ0sN33UMHFWbr66 ... Sadly I don't own 52
As always, my dear friend, a great and balanced review.
Thank you!

Thanks for commenting, Robert. I appreciate you.
what are your thoughts on genii magic magazine or magigram or the phoenix by bruce elliot ?
I can’t really comment on magigram or the phoenix as I don’t refer to them often but I have read Genii monthly since the 70s. I love the magazine
If these books are for more advanced magicians what book do you recommend for new students of close up magic?
