Noita 34 Orb Run Condensed To 15 Minutes

- This is my first ever 34 Orb Run in Noita to unlock the amulet cosmetic. The original run was about 9 hours so I edited it down to about 15 minutes to be more watchable. I left in the discoveries of the main spells used in the boss killing wand and in the process of getting the greater chest orb. Feel free to comment below with any questions or feedback!

It's a sign of respect to the great developers that a single pixel is so valuable
I remember joining in the beginning, betting on the first run, then sadly having to leave overnight. I woke up about half an hour before Dunk ended the stream, and the residual joy was still intoxicating. so glad to see an abridged version on youtube-it's an amazing accomplishment! I'm still taking prerequisites to WND495, but one day ima learn under professor Letaali and go for this sweet run.
I subbed for Noita tips so I can do 5 head plays like these guys, but this dude also just seems super chill. Very easy to watch and enjoy.
Thank you dunk, I am just doing the noita 33 orb run and I was really, really mad when i realised you literally need to search for the orbs in extremely over sized spawn squares, especially in the lake which crashes my pc oftenly. Noita Orb Atlas not only gave me hope into actually not suffering here, but instead making it a 34 orb run!

press E to pick up the wand and simultaneously press the number of the wand slot you want. So like press E and 3 at the same time. Casting or swapping wands will drop it and enemies you run into will grab it

Sure thing! It's a pretty popular trick that people like furyforged have done videos on but I will put an up to date video explaining it all plus some things that are a little more unknown about it
From what I understand, each of his shots lowers your health by a certain multiplier, and if you pick up a heart, it gives you a flat increase in health, which is then calculated back with the multipliers applied perviously by the heart mage.

@@donniethezombie4495 Absolutely still works, it's just not as busted as it used to be. I think you used to be able to go down to 1, now you have a min of 5 or so. It's still really good, just not -insanely- good
Hey dunk, quick question. What were you using too see your exact coordinates? I'm using the mod that shows them but I think the coords are inaccurate. How do I have it show up on a notepad like you
I would also like to know currently on a 34 orb run and all I need is that dang 34th orb now
Its in the "player.xml" file in the save folder. But you have to exit or restart the game for the file to refresh. I found that when reloading the game my character would sink into the platform they were standing on, so I couldn't float up to cast EoE.

great. ya leave out the part where you cast the end of everything and it pushes you out of the platforms. how the hell do you avoid that? is it an update that effed me? Seriously the platforms don't disappear when I cast EOE yet it pushes me out of them every single time, even with long distance cast. I know this is 2 years old but i'm on my 34 orb run now and i've had to re-find the coordinates 5 times now. I'm going crazy casting these stupid pink platforms! please help!

@thaoremchan9234 For my first 34 orb run, I wanted to do it modless and without save manipulation. I have my Amulet now, the key is to cast EOE at least 1 screen away and THEN move to the coordinates and lock yourself in.
Is there any video explaining this exact wand used to kill boss?
Water, insane amount of divides, insane amount of wet crits
looks like a classic velocity damage wand
bouncing burst slowed down with heavy shots, then sped up with accelerations
the initial speed is slow, but the end speed is high
and bouncing burst adds damage based on that difference in speed
is the vod for this run available somewhere? I'd like to watch the whole thing
I don't know if you are still responding to questions, but I thought I'd give it a try. I was unable to find the summon platform/wall spell. I've traveled 5 parallel worlds east and west, as well as tried to farm wands(It doesn't seem to exist in the spell pool when farming). Would it be better to proceed to NG+ to try and find it there or keep trying parallel worlds?
EDIT: I DID IT!!!! It only took 2 more parallel worlds to the east inside the eye room. TIME FOR NEW GAME+ LETSS GOOO!!!
I would keep checking in the regular world! I have gone to 20+ parallel worlds in search of that one spell!! Don’t farm wands for it because it has to spawn as a spell on its own due to its spell type. The main reason I recommend doing it in the regular world is because the more worlds you travel to the larger your save file will become and the engine will have to be tracking a ton of stuff. This makes the game more unstable and you need to be doing restarts on the client regularly to try to keep the game from crashing. However once you go to NG+ it will clear all the world information which will help the engine performance a lot. And if you plan to be hunting the greater chest orbs, you’re going to want your NG+ world to be as stable as possible so you try to keep the spell hunting exclusively in the regular world. Also statistically you are more likely to find it in the regular world as there are more holy mountains than in NG+. Go through parallel worlds fast just checking holy mountain shops, the eye room in the hiisi base, and killing the door boss in the temple. By checking these 3 spots rapidly in each parallel world you will find the spell. Don’t give up!!

I've been going to the sky and hell shops in each parallel world, but haven't been going to the eye room or killing the door boss in each world. You've made this so much easier, thanks!

In your anti-boss wand you have a bunch of divides and an Add trigger afterwards? How does that work? I thought you should divide crits

Dividing the add trigger (with an invalid target for the trigger) allows you to multiply multiple modifiers at once. Otherwise you'd need to use multiple divides repeatedly for each modifier you wanted to multiply (I assume).
how do you know the exact location for the end of everything room and eye room?

did they change something? i tried using the same wand on kolmi and it does barely any damage.
The wand should still work! I used it just very recently

Why do you need 4 crit on waters? I'm so confused. I thought those just make the projectile crit if the enemy is wet, not deal more damage. Whats going on?
Each crit on water does 5 times more damage. If it’s fired with a water material in the same shot, it guarantees the crit when possible.
crit chance over 100% adds crit dmg instead.
@@DunkOrSlam May I also ask why you divided by the Add Trigger? I know that in that constellation the add trigger applys to the wand refresh, essentially just applying all the modifiers between the add trigger and the refresh. But I have never seen the add trigger divided before. Does it essentially divide by all the modifiers, like Mu?
@@DunkOrSlam so trigger releases water but has piercing so it releases water every frame guaranteeing wet crits evewn on non stainable bosses like Kolmi?
@@olfmombach260 yes! this allows the divide bys to apply to every modifier after the add trigger.

How did you guarantee the orb was in the greater chest?
You have to summon it at a specific, random x/y coordinate in your world based on the seed to guarantee it’s contents
