Not sure how I can “wireless” as a bass player with this? I put the wireless pak in my back pocket that runs my iem.
Would it work with a regular aux and just put a quarter inch adapter?

So this is essentially a stereo cable from the split cable to the guitar jack in the Irig correct?

are you recording a mono signal or does it stereo?
Mono. If you want to record stereo then look irig stream and pro.

I tried it but I mix my inears stereo but when I do the splitter my inears are now missing things because I’m in getting one side

would u be able to hear sound in both inears ?
The goal of this set up as to still use your in ears as normal, and you use the splitter to capture the audio from your IEM MIX, and then that records it directly into your phone
Does this work with irig 1?
There’s a possibility that It could, I don’t have an a rig 1. I’m not sure if that would work with the exact same set up.
