That is simply beautiful! I'm american but of indian dissent and back in India we only wear 24 carat gold, so I appreciate this especially. I was thinking of having a cuban made in India, but since cuban chains are not a part of the indian culture, I doubt the jewelers there would have the expertise like the person here. I'll seek this gentleman out and have my 24 carat made.
Wow....I had never seen a Cuban link made; I literally thought a machine made them, so my jaw dropped seeing how labor intensive it is to create a single piece, I love these necklaces and the color of the gold just amazing (I tend to gravitate towards 18k & 24k). All I have to say is BRAVO for such craftmanship!!!

Those rolling mills are the best, I used them as an apprentice 40 years ago and they where old then! I had occasion to visit the old workshop and there they are still being used! Italian Engineering how it used to be..

I remember watching my dad make these Cubans back at his shop and it’s nice to see the process has not changed one bit! Besides the machine you use to pull the wire instead of by pulling by hand was cool, and also the disc that cut the links so you don’t have to individually saw each link. Good job guys!

CMG Links are the REAL/DEAL & they don't got to diss other jewelry company's for attention because they let the work & sales speak for itself.
I heard alot of bad things about CMG, that they are fake or hollow at least so... Again, just what I heard.

I also heard there's an old, short and wanna be comedian guy that needs to get a real job who buys cmg links products and on purpose damages them and makes videos on RUclips. That's what I heard but I don't know.
I have heard some negative things about cmg regarding the links being crooked and or flipped etc. I want to purchase a cuban link but ultimately will just buy it from icebox because I want it done right I don't mind over paying slightly for the piece of mind provided that my diamonds if I want them vvs and I pay for them that's what I get and if I order a cuban link expertly crafted that's what I get as well.

Everyone has their favorites but this father and son duo are so dope. I just bought a bracelet from Las Villas because these guys had a long wait. Good for them!! I wanted mine yesterday and couldn't wait but I hope to get one from them also one day. The Cubaknow guy was acting like he didn't know the side latches on his silver Cuban box lock were gold. Maybe he really didn't know but after reviewing so much gold you'd think he'd know the difference between burned silver and gold. It was pretty obvious and cool honestly. That's a dope way to classy up a silver cuban. The son of CMG backed up his pops and their work. Stepped up and are showing more handmade box locks also. Took the criticism in stride. Honorable duo. Plus to make this out of 24k must be tough, pure gold is mad soft. Straight talent!!

Definitely as true as it gets, but again, the dude wearing it knows what he has and gets the last laugh from damn near every average person that walks by and makes some comment. Most of Asia wears 22-18kt (they don't recognize 14kt and damn sure not 10kt.) Bad part about it is how easily it scratches, chips, and doesn't hold a shine for very long before it needs another buff (which does loose a little weight every single time) Its a really nice chain regardless.

@Kryptor yeah I had to hold off on a chain I wanted because the price of gold made it go from around 1300 to over 1600. I was lucky to buy my chains around 1.5 -2 years ago when gold was around 1200 an oz.

570g was the inital weight, after it was smelted into a bar, it was 469.6g; you can see in the video what happened. The pour was an amateur pour!
