Micheal lake also owns the Old Forum Hotel in Port Henderson portmore, he's been trying to redevelop it into a luxury residential apartment for years!!!
They have luxury apartment prices but based on the area its always felt like they were just for middle class people looking to live close to town. I suspect its gonna be for regular couples with two incomes rather than a person with a lot of money looking for a waterfront house if that makes sense. It doesnt feel like we get enough apartments for the pricpoint of just regular young people with new decent paying jobs. I could be wrong though. Plus nowadays the lines between a "rich area" and everywhere else is a lot more blurry.

This building should have been 20 floors Especially being on the waterfront
Indeed
great video as usual bro..can get an update on the portmore resilient park?
More towers coming soon.
I think in no way shape or form the cement company should've get approved to build the cement factory on the waterfront...only in jamaica
This building should’ve build this building at least 30 stories

I don't see rich people leaving new kingston to live in this area of downtown.
The boardwalk and jetty across the rd will entice them
This building is out of place here it doesn't look good
