I checked the WeiChai website and could not find WP10NG there is a WP10.5HNG and WP10H they seem to start at 375HP with an Allison transmission, it’s best to have the B500R not the B400R, Toronto buses with the 280hp have the B400R and 330hp ones have the B500R. If this bus has the 375hp engine the B400R may not be the right transmission for this bus.
@@fedders4 Was having some difficulty finding a good match online with Google Image Search so while WP10.5HNG MIGHT be correct, I used the sound to determine the transmission used and it doesn't seem to sound quite like a B500R. For now I'll just I'll just leave it at "Weichai" like I did for the Triumph
@@fedders4 Technically yes but there are some arbitrary restrictions with the 10 Portmore has. 5 of them are Premium only, 1 runs the special route 101, while the other 4 can run any of their routes. Meanwhile this unit and 3070 are at Spanish Town and usually run normal routes of theirs

It sounds just like a B400R what I was saying is that this engine is too powerful for the B400R
When will Jamaica 🇯🇲 get the remaining 100 buses
The Low Floors can be on any route?

Premium Low Floors? Did JUTC upgrade the seats on the premium like the 15D premium, is their a TV screen like the other ones or it’s the same?
@@fedders4 They're the same, they're acting as placeholders until the 30 new coaches arrive.
@@Mx._Jess ok, that explains why St.Thomas got the 15D Volvo B7R. They just used 5 low floors for premium. When will JUTC get the 30 new premium?
@@fedders4 5 low floors and (i think) 25 high floors (Triumphs) just to be clear. The new coaches are supposed to come in mid 2025 iirc.
so it marks the end of ur jutc videos :(
