CF facilities are independently own; so, the pricing may differ from one facility to another. You need to complete fundamental classes - cost me $140CAD and three times a week for a month. Fundamental covers proper techniques. After completion you may take any regular classes available. I attend classes 3 times a week which cost me $138CAD a month. It will cost more to attend more classes for week and vice versa.
The guy in the blue tank was obviously not worried about form due to how light the weight was. Most CF workouts I have less than perfect form because the weight is light enough for me to focus on speed instead.
Dan and Rich's deadlifts are good. The guy in the blue tank had god awful form. The deadlift should work your glutes, hamstrings, and hips more than your quads (i.e. you shouldn't squat much.) The bar should be scraping your shins during the concentric movement. When you lower it, you should push your ass out and away and really not bend your knees too much. If you want form tips just do a search. You'll be better served getting tips from powerlifters as the DL is one of their core three lifts.
I just hope the youtuber called SteroidsAre4Losers who comments on every fuckin bodybuilding video. does not start doing the same on cross fit videos xD
it's awesome that these two guys are some of crossfit's top competitors and they can still move about the country and remain friends!
Can't believe I got to go to Crossfit Mayham's opening and meet these two. It was an amazing experience and I'm in the video in the pink shirt lol
AUD$175/month is standard down under. Goes up to AUD$200+/month in Sydney and Melbourne CBD areas.
Awesome gym. Just by looking at Rich I get motivated.
Wonder what the price is per membership.
Can someone tell me if they are doing the deadlift correctly? I would appreciate some info cuz other times I see people squat more when they deadlift
