Alex Martinovitch my friend said kidney stones where the most painful thing he’s ever had to experience yeah man cut down on salty foods soda and alcohol which is pretty brutal for peeps living in America but yeah probs won’t get kidney stones if u limit that stuff he will not drink with me or anyone for that reason though he’s like nope not getting kidney stones again

And I got out of boot camp five months ago and the thought of listening to you talk about stuff when I got out of boot camp kept me going along with a number of other stuff,Zach you’re possibly the most interesting person I’ve ever seen! Thanks for all the laughs,when I go on deployment I’m downloading a ton of your streams and a lot of the podcasts. I’ve listened to every podcast and I love all the ones with you in it! Keep it up man
