I think it's exactly the same as far as the martial art is concerned. It's just that kurash is originally from Uzbekistan and Judo from Japan. Besides there's no groundwork in Kurash as far as I know.

The idiots at the IJF do not recognize Kurash, as far as I know - that is the main difference. Otherwise, Kurash looks great.
Judo also has : newaza(ground fighting + choking + breaking) atemi waza ( selfdefence with punch and kick + dangerous moves)
