This is a very unique and graceful dance...the dancer look like a princess too...not too much make up, the material of her outfit is more appropriate to an Island performer with the floral etc...Beautifully performed by this beautiful lady....Excellent Job to everyone is this video...n really love the volcano :):):)

Who's singing, and who's the dancers ? Love this song, first time i heard it was years ago on a LP vinyl record. The record was made at a Luau at the Ilikai hotel, and the hula was done by a red head name Nalani. That's all i can remember.
Who are the dancers? Is this a school program? Who ever they are they did a great job.The singer is fantastic. The Bird of Paradise is a sad movie, but the song Kalua is beautiful.
Im not being a troll. Whoever is saying these dancers are graceful and beautiful- not so much. Their timing is off and not just with the hula; even the timing of staging and performance. This cant be Hawaii and those are not seasoned and well practiced dancers. However, any dancing is better than no dancing. Keep working at it.

Seen this in a moved, " Bird of Paradise", with Debra Paget as Kalua. I loved it. I would love to find that movie.
