Love your videos
Thank you so much
I just bought the Spirit one. I’ve seen the other replicas on the market but have never been impressed by the sculpt of her face. It just always looked *off* in my opinion. But when I saw the Spirit one I thought the sculpt looked fantastic, even down to the positioning of her hands (which is accurate If you look at the real prop). I had the same complaints as hot, mostly for the overall paint job. But hey, it was $90. Not bad when compared to other, less accurate replicas that go for $500.
I printed out doll eye pupils and glued them into her eyes. I then did an acrylic wash and gave her skin that dirty gray appearance she has in the first film. After that I gave her more detailing by contouring her, adding some of the scratch marks, and redoing her makeup. I gave her a bigger flower bow so it’s more accurate to the film and ended by spraying her with a high gloss spray so she appears to be porcelain. In the end she ended up looking fantastic if my opinion (wish I could attach a pic!). With a little love the doll could easily become a really great replica!
Wow that sounds amazing, fantastic job and thank you so much for your comment and information. We greatly appreciate it. We definitely wished we could have seen it as well.
Haha the Spirit Halloween version is definitely not close to the Trick or Treat.
@@rexrex3562 we love the Trick or Treat version and we’re definitely planning on saving up to get one eventually.
Um oh ok cool🥰
The old one...how did they manage to find THAT? That's exactly like the original haunted one!!
Yesss. I am a big time Raggedy Anne lover. We just are always searching, and ended up finding her on ebay.
Good honest review, I subscribed. Keep up the good work!
Thank you so much means a lot. 🙌
I got her in today. I kind of tweaked it a little. I like her
Oh thats epic. I am looking for shoes currently other than painting her teeth I love mine too. Thanks for sharing. What did you tweak on yours? If you don’t mind me asking
ANNABELLE
You could probably find a doll sculptor and artist that could make you one that looks exactly like the one in the movie.
I've seen a Pubert doll from Adam's Family, hand painted, looks fantastic.
Thats a amazing idea, we will definitely have to see if we could find someone. Thank you
@@stephandmannie This Facebook group would be a good start. Hope to see you there, I'm a horror fan too.
That into was awesome
Thank you so very much, we greatly appreciate it.
I collect raggedy Ann and Andy
So do we, that is very amazing
I had Annabelle when I was a kid, I used to love her so much…But my parents were creeped out so they threw her out, and I was really sad. The next day she was in our house again, when we checked when we threw her out she wasn’t out there, when I turned back around she was *GONE*. I was terrified and so I just grabbed a knife( don’t ask why I was a kid) and told her if you don’t leave I will cut your hair and so I turned around and she wasn’t anywhere. I’m still surprised she’s still put
That. Is. A. Crepy. Story
Annabelle
Where did you buy that Nun doll I see in the backround?
To be honest it’s a Inflatable mannequin with a Nun costume on it.
i have that annabelle raggedy doll for my sister... and she watched this and put her doll in a room filled with cross's
Lmao omg. I’m sorry. Annabelle aren’t evil. I promise.
Unless you want to get rid of her, we would definitely take her off your hands
Why not consider Trick or Treat Studio's Annabelle?? I know it's 500 bucks but worth the ACTUAL replica
We agree with you, we are definitely trying to save up and buy the trick or treat one. Hopefully we will eventually buy it soon.
I just got one! Buttttt where did you get that Valak!!!! Love him!
That’s exciting glad you got one. We actually made that display ourselves got a mannequin and then ordered an outfit and mask lol. Thank you so much 🙌🏼
I. Really. Iike. Her. So. Much
We know what you mean, she is amazing
how long did it take to arrive
It came in about a little over a week, it came in a larger box with no Bubble wrap or anything. We were surprised I didn’t come damaged.
Where'd you get the Raggedy Ann doll from ?
We won it from a eBay auction a couple of years ago.
@@stephandmannie thx
is that a real Annabelle doll
Very close to the original real one, looks exactly like her and the same clothes but it’s a different year.
😢
Is your Raggedy Ann the same size as the real one in the Occult Museum?
Not 100% sure what the size of the museum is but ours is 31 1/2” they do have the same outfit also another difference is the year, the one in the museum is from 1970 And ours is from 1973 three years difference.
@@stephandmannie - Thanks, I have been looking for one and I have found one exactly like yours I can buy (1973 version with that outfit and the number 11 on the box and everything).
Maybe I should bite the bullet.
Thats amazing, Definitely would be a great find.
@@stephandmannie - You talked me into it! (Not that I took much persuading haha) - now she needs a rocking chair and a glass case!
Definitely, it going to look amazing. Glad we could help and appreciate the comments
Hello,
the info you can research on the real cloth doll is kinda vague and gives mis information regarding actual size. Most people that have been to see that doll state she looks so big in person.
Lorraine warren was asked how large the doll was and she said in an interview that the doll was 3 ft tall and thats 39 inches.
To find a nickerbocker raggedy ann at 39 inches is rare nowadays.
Anyone looking for an annabelle replica raggedy ann doll 3 ft good condition 1970's nickerbocker i have one for sale. I have pictures of the antique cloth doll
Hit me up i will ship in the US only
Thanks
I have the first Annabell doll that you unblock
That’s great to hear, we like to hear what other horror fans thank about her.
