Good to see you still going on this! 👍
Here is a small suggestion; I think your fingers might be letting you down. Do you do any auxillary exercises, ie finger exercises?
It's good to get a metronome app for your phone or a little metronome gadget from ebay etc and practice finger exercises like the 4 finger spider exercise etc.
That helps with finger speed and synchronisation of right and left hand together. It doesnt matter which exercise you do, just try to do a few solid minutes a day and log your metronome speed. Then over weeks, increase the metronome speed.
Having fingers that move quickly and accurately is a big help when learning new solos etc. 🥰👍🙂

@@LearningGilmour I use a Korg TM-60, it has a good guitar tuner and good metronome in one small package, very fast and easy to use and that legendary Korg reliability 👍👍👍

@@wizrom3046 so I just downloaded a free app on my phone that lets me go from 1 BPM to 500 bpm I tried a basic 4 finger walk up and down and without messing up I’m at like 130 BPM.. it sounds fast but it’s surprisingly slow..

@@LearningGilmour sounds great! The important thing is not to try for speed, just keep putting in time every day making sure it sounds perfect.
If you are getting missed notes or imperfect sounding notes, back the speed down a bit, DONT practice bad fingering!
Each day you should start at a low-ish speed with excellent fingering, then over 5 minutes slowly increase the speed a bit at a time, always making sure to have very good fingering. The speed will come later, you dont need to rush it, it is better to work on perfect notes with no fluffing or buzz or wonky timing.
      👍🙂
