  • The Voile Objective redefined skiers’ expectations of what an 80mm-waisted ski can be capable of. Their weight and versatility have made them a favorite ski for go-far aficionados and pure ski pleasure seekers alike. With the Endeavor, we’ve paired that exact concept with a damp poplar core and a telemark-compatible construction to make our “most approachable” ski one that is also free-heel friendly.
The qualities you already love have remained intact. It’s still remarkably lightweight. It features an early-rise tip for float in powder and enough camber underfoot for that “pop” we crave. The Endeavor maintains the stability of a long running length and edge-to-edge turning ease. The Endeavor has all the qualities needed to make easy work of long approaches, variable conditions, and every type of fun that might manifest over the course of a season.
We'll also be offering a scaled-based Endeavor BC for the fishcale fanatics out there.

Beautiful turns! Will the Transit binding and light-weight tele-compatible skis like the Endeavor be the sparks that bring back the Scarpa F3?

Howdy I’m 6ft 3 and about 200lbs without gear. Will the 178 be too short and slow on the flats for kick and gliding due to my height and weight?

Hello! Plenty of people we know have had the same question and ended up loving the capabilities of the 178cm length. The 178cm could be your perfect fit, but there's also a chance that the style of skiing you do would be better suited with something longer. If we knew a little bit about your background and the type of skiing you like to do, we could give you more tailored advice.
Feel free to give us an email (info@voile.com) or call (801-973-8622) between M-F 9-5 p.m. MST. We're more than happy to have a conversation about what ski length + model would work best for you!

Curtl1694 I had the same concern. I got on them this past spring and had no issues. These actually wanted to climb up out of the snow. I haven't used them is dry powder just a heavy late spring dump. But they worked really well then.

Is there any reason to get this if you're not trying to mount tele bindings on it? Seems like a very niche ski..

Absolutely! This ski replaces the Paulownia core that's in the Objective with the damp Poplar core that's found in all of our "non-hyper" skis.
From an AT perspective, the Endeavor gives you a lightweight backcountry-specific ski that's more robust when it comes to the downhill. You'd be sacrificing some weight compared to the Objective, but we think that could be worth it for those who often find themselves in technical terrain and variable conditions.
