    It would have been helpful for me if a couple examples of fiber loaded carbohydrates were suggested, as it was touched on a few times but no specific suggestions of food were mentioned.
    Guessing (w/ out looking up specific carb / fiber ratios) sweet potato, winter squash, perhaps quinoa??

    It’s surprising that she says to eat the cookie or ice cream. Sugar has a big yon my moods , stress and such. When I give up sugar, I actually find myself crying. Once I’m past withdrawals, I feel so much better.
