@@extonjonas6820 Either LingLing or Mute are the best. I haven't watched enough of either enougu to say who is better so I'd say they may be equal in skill.
U love to see a character where there’s heavy work behind every hit and he can’t get away from throwing out a button. Doesn’t really matter if he’s winning a +1 “+2” mu or not Really good commentary btw, they know seph quite well
Wish LingLing could have taken a game but I think this is a really tough matchup for Peach: As Peach, you have to respect his range so it's hard to land float cancels for high damage combos. Seph has a huge disjoint to stuff turnip approaches or poke/whiff punish with. Kill wise, Seph has great kill/shieldbreak potential while Peach struggles to kill until like 120+ percent so he'll guarantee get wing, and good luck edgeguarding him for early stocks. You have to break your hands to get a hit in this matchup and there's barely time to pull turnip/zone. Really rough :/
I feel like this is one of Peach's hardest matchups. Seph has all the tools to stuff her float game out pretty easily, rendering half of her kit risky af to throw out. The amount of respect you have to have is insane, while Seph can just swing his sword and it ends up working most of the time. Especially online, it's super rough for Peach. Props to Ling fr
@@psyduck8025 Sooo so true! When I ask Seph mains they say it's even because Peach combos hurt and she is strong enough to kills him early, but I can def see it being a negative MU for Peach. She has to play perfect in neutral bc of his huge disjoint & it's hard to get turnip + play defensive since hes fast. I'll also just say Tweek took out both Lingling and MuteAce at MomoCon... Is that a coincidence or not, idk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'm surprised this player's name isn't banned/restricted since it's a racist term for people of Chinese descent; at least here in Canada. Am I missing something? (not Tweek)
quick tip for anyone getting competitive smash, when tweek gets hit at 11:31 you can see his character do a directional airdodge away from blast zone, do NOT do that Void made a video explaining that doing that actually increases your chance of dying as opposed to just DI’ing away from the blast zone normally
Pretty sure he was already DI'ing in since he was hit with a forward air. And his opponent was also sent away from the stage, not like they were setup for any off stage guard in which tweek needed his airdodge, he needed the extra distance to close enough to the stage for his quick up b. It's not just a never do it situation
I encountered this while figuring out the kill% of all Sephiroth's moves. A jump will save you from dying a few percent higher than normal, while an air dodge doesn't. However, if you do survive with an air dodge, you're in a MUCH better spot than if you had used your jump or slowly accelerated. Apparently, it's character-specific whether it immediately cancels your momentum or not, so I can only truly confirm this for Cloud.
Watching Peach has been ruined for me because she's so cool but they nerfed her kill power and introduced DLC characters that outrange outneutral outframe data her so what's the point? 💁
happy to see it

Bonni. My RUclips brother. Same, as you know.
@@andrebaxter4023 Hey bro! I hope we get to see more of his Seph today!😃
The good news for Tweek is that he is playing mute ace tomorrow, meaning we get to see more sephiroth :D
That is the best peach right?

@Joshua Suh Speaking of Muteace he is litterally playing right now lmao
Ling is one level up away from winning a major, this guy is so good

Tweek is scary when hes playing confident
Tweek is so good offstage. He has so many mixups on how he’ll attack or wait you out
Let's go Tweek ! Your Seph is amazing ! Nice to see you using the most epic character in a big tournament. I m rooting for you 💪🔥
Finally Tweek seriously uses Seph in tourney
He has before, it just underperformed pretty much everytime
@@extonjonas6820 I know Tweek used Seph before but I have a feeling that he didnt try his best
@@kiukyu4671 , agreed. He wasn't in the right head space those other times. He's much more relaxed and focused this time around.
That peach player was no fucking slouch though!!

Tweek sephiroth looking good 😳

tweek knew he was not going to die from that, so he directional airdodged to cancel the momentum so he could recover faster.
@GG Brovus every character has that backward shift

Why’s there a white guy with the name “lingling” 🤔🤔🤔
So the slingshot suddenly made Sephiroth viable?
He already was
this matchup is impossible for Peach
Ling te palto
I just wanna see Nairo annihilate people with sephiroth man :(
This match up seems untenable. Seph is so op compared to peach. It’s clear that some characters are better suited for 1v1.
i mean, peach is still one of the best characters in this game. sephiroth is definitely a rough matchup for her though
Happy to see seph but ling ling is racist Vg boot camp please fix this
What
What’d he do?
